As a consequence of inclement climate rendering the race monitor not appropriate for racing, the stewards of the Madras race membership have determined to postpone the sixteenth day of Chennai races scheduled to be held on Saturday (Nov. 30) to Thursday (Dec. 5). The cardboard which has already been declared will maintain good, based on a press launch from the membership.
